The Ohio Black Dance Festival (OBDF) is a state-wide dance education and advocacy festival that promotes the preservation of the black dance tradition and continued cultivation of dance artists of color.  Through presenting this annual festival of African American inspired dance education, OBDF serves to facilitate the mission of the Ohio Black Dance organization of changing the artistic  environment for African American dance artist within the state of Ohio.
